Traditional farmhouse cheeses from Switzerland, sourced direct from individual Swiss cheesemakers. Cheeses include Gruyère Vieux & Alpage, Aged Emmentaler, Raclette, Bergkäse, and Vacherin Fribourgeois, along with numerous other regional specialities.
A recent addition to the range is Etivaz - a hard Alpine cheese, made from raw milk over a wood fire. It is only produced in the warm months from May to October in the chalets high in the Vaudoises Alps and Prealps.
