They might be made on a farm in the scenic countryside of Bishopstone, but other than the (organic, free-range) cow’s milk, brought in from a farm 500 metres up the road, De Luca London Mozzarella and Co’s traditional Italian cheeses—fior di latte, burrata, ricotta, smoked provelone and provelone dolce—are just that; made by Italians, to nonno Antonio’s century-old recipes.
