Dawn Smith has taken her love for Jamaican food and, using traditional methods and fine fresh ingredients, created a select range of sauces, seasonings and jellies, tapping into recipes that have been used for generations. The range, which includes sweet red pepper jelly, jerk seasoning and pepper sauce, is very versatile, and brings the essence of home cooked Caribbean cuisine to life through careful seasoning and flavouring, making extensive use of the essential scotch bonnet chilli and pimento berry.
