DISCOVER THE CRAFTS BEHIND BOROUGH MARKET’S TRADERS
On 12th May, Borough Market will be taking part in London Craft Week by holding Market Mastercrafts, a day of free demonstrations and tours highlighting some of the crafts and traditional skills involved in producing the finest food the Market has to offer.

TOURS
Morning and afternoon Market tours led by cookery writer Jenny Chandler will visit traders to gain unique insights into their craft, including:
— Cheese selection and maturation with Borough Cheese Company
— Jamón carving at Brindisa
— Oyster shucking with Furness Fish Markets
— Butchery with Ginger Pig.
The tours are free, but booking is essential.

Watch a display of the knifemaker’s craft and various knife uses – Western, Chinese and Japanese
2.30 – 4.30pm: Rosie Brooks: Illustrating the Market
Watch Rosie create a real-time illustration using a collage of Market vistas, traders and produce
