On 12th May, Borough Market will be taking part in London Craft Week by holding Market Mastercrafts, a day of free demonstrations and tours highlighting some of the crafts and traditional skills involved in producing the finest food the Market has to offer.

— Cheese selection and maturation with Borough Cheese Company

The tours are free, but booking is essential.
