German-born founder Gerhard Jenne originally trained in Munich as a pastry chef (or ‘konditor’) and then in London as a cook: his company’s name reflects his equal talent for both. Handmade bread, cakes, pies and pastries are all baked on premises using organic eggs, natural butter and no little skill.

Konditor and Cook is temporarily closed, but will resume trading as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the Borough Market website and social media channels for updates.
