Alsop & Walker

Dairy & eggs

Self-taught cheesemakers Arthur Alsop and Nicholas Walker have ploughed their own furrow, producing their own, unique style of wonderful cheese. Based in East Sussex, they use milk from a local farmer to make their cheeses—the most successful of which is the Lord London: a semi-soft, cow’s milk cheese invented in honour of the London 2012 Olympics, which received a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards and ended up on the breakfast table at a royal wedding.
