Director of Finance

We are delighted to be advertising a Director of Finance role at Borough Market. This is a superb opportunity at London’s historic food market, where you will be overseeing a property portfolio of £98million and a turnover in excess of £8 million.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and senior stakeholders and managing a small team of direct reports, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of finance, monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, as well as IT and Property.

This is a strategic, commercially focussed/business support role which requires strong leadership and communication skills at all levels.

Key requirements:

– ACCA or CIMA qualified

– Charity finance experience

– Proven track record working with board of trustees

– Strong communicator/influencer skills at all levels of business

– Savvy, measured, strategic, with a ‘challenge the norm’ approach

You will be joining a high profile charity/Trust at an exciting time of change, offering a dynamic and collaborative culture. 

To be successful, you will be skilled at forming positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
