This is a unique chance to take the helm of a globally renowned food market and shape its future as a world-class destination rooted in community, sustainability, and education.

As our next Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure Borough Market continues to thrive while staying true to its values. Reporting to the Trustees, you will lead an exceptional team, fostering a positive and dynamic working culture. Your role will be to strengthen relationships with traders, local residents, and key stakeholders, ensuring the Market remains a vital part of London’s food scene and a force for positive change.

We are looking for an inspiring and experienced leader with a deep understanding of complex commercial environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic decision-making, financial acumen, and operational excellence. You will bring a passion for food, sustainability, and community engagement, along with the ability to champion Borough Market both locally and globally.
