Founder Monika Linton set up Brindisa to import the finest Spanish ingredients. Opening this tapas restaurant in Borough Market was a logical next step. Using produce sourced only from trusted Spanish producers—and fresh from the Market—the menu comprises of classic tapas dishes, traditional snacks, ‘cocina de mercado’ house specials and fine Spanish wines. Have a snack of juicy gordal olives or Marcona almonds from the picoteo menu with a drink at the busy, informal bar, or sample a plate of regional charcutería in the window seats as you watch Market life go by.
