All produce comes from either Brindisa or other Market traders and is cooked in front of you as you sit at the bar. Take your pick of the day’s freshly landed catch from the seafood counter, enjoy charcuterie and bar snacks with a glass of sherry, or tuck into a warming, hearty pulse or game-based dish.
