“ICE CREAM IS CREATED FROM THE MILK OF THESE FAMOUSLY GRUMPY, HORNED UNGULATES”
Greedy Goat’s ice cream, created from the milk of these famously grumpy, horned ungulates, is naturally suitable for those with a lactose intolerance and is also lower in fat and calories than traditional cow’s milk ice cream. The milk and ice cream is produced at Homestead Farm, Dorset, where pedigree goats are reared by Richard Haskett, a new generation farmer who followed his passion for livestock over agriculture. Owner, Josie, makes this award winning ice cream in small artisan batches championing local ingredients, sustainable wonky fruit and sourcing from fellow small producers to invent new, delicious and creative flavours.
