TERN x Borough Market pop-up

Celebrating refugee-owned food businesses
6 – 11 October 2026

Celebrating refugee-owned businesses

Borough Market is teaming up with TERN (The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network) for a week-long pop-up celebrating refugee-owned food businesses.

From 6 – 11 October 2026, a selection of small businesses founded by refugee entrepreneurs will be joining us as guest traders, bringing new flavours, ingredients, and stories to Borough Market.

You’ll be able to browse and buy a range of products from around the world, including Ukrainian honey, Turkish spice mixes and Palestinian granola, with plenty more to discover throughout the week.

Each business has its own story to tell, and the pop-up is a chance to meet the people behind the products, try something new and discover food and drink you might not otherwise find at the Market.

This pop-up will be held in the Market Hall, the big glass building where Bedale Street meets Borough High Street, and is free to attend.

The full line-up of traders will be announced in due course.

This event is generously supported by Square and Better Bankside
