Applebee’s Fishbox

This street food stand in the Borough Market Kitchen is run by the team behind Applebee’s seafood restaurant on Stoney Street – a Borough Market institution since 1999.

Seafood sourced from day boats in Devon and Cornwall is used to create a menu that leans heavily on British nostalgia, featuring fishfinger sarnies and fried prawn cocktail sandwiches. The monkfish and prawn flatbreads and hand-dived scallops in garlic butter are both cooked over fire.
