Taiwanese favourite BAO Borough is part of a small group or restaurants founded by Shing Tat Chung, Wai Ting Chung and Erchen Chang.
Its menu is inspired by the late-night grill establishments often populated by commuters across Asia, as well as by the founders’ own stories, upbringing and travels around Asia, serving dishes such as chicken nugget bao, beef meatball, fried egg, and Borough curry.
