Brindisa Kitchen

Borough Market Kitchen

Brindisa Kitchen guides visitors on a culinary journey along an ancient Spanish pilgrimage route, ‘La Ruta de la Plata’, which winds up through the western peninsula of Spain from Andalucia in the south to the wild northern Asturian coastline. Take your pick of the day’s freshly landed catches from the seafood counter, enjoy fish charcuterie and bar snacks with a glass of sherry or warming, hearty pulse and game-based dishes.

Brindisa Kitchen is temporarily closed, but will resume trading as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the Borough Market website and social media channels for updates.
