Our traders are the heart and soul of Borough Market. Across more than 100 stalls, stands, restaurants, bars and shops, there’s a lot of exceptional food and drink packed into this historic space – and just as much personality

Knowledge, commitment and a love of good food

Our stalls, stands, shops and restaurants are all completely distinctive – unique in the food they sell and in the people who sell it. Between them they offer a dizzying diversity of British and international flavours. What all our traders have in common, though, is their level of knowledge and expertise, their commitment to doing things the right way and the emphasis they place on making or sourcing the best food they possibly can.

Our Market

The Market consists of three main areas: Three Crown Square (larger producers and merchants), Green Market (small, specialist produce traders) and Borough Market Kitchen (street food traders). Surrounding the Market, you’ll find a complementary blend of restaurants, bars and shops.
