Urvesh Parvais and his mother Lalita work to recipes that have been passed down over many generations in Gujarat, India. Their flair and passion for the food of their forbears comes alive in the range of Gujarati street fare and curries served at the stall, made using only fresh ingredients and whole spices. For summer only, Gujurati Rasoi also runs a kulfi cart in the Green Market, selling mango, lemon, pistachio and chai flavours of the traditional Indian ice cream, as well as vegan options.
