La Tua Pasta handmakes its fresh pasta every night just nine miles from the Market, ready to be served hot and freshly cooked the next day in the Borough Market Kitchen. Dishes include black truffle and burrata tortelloni, pappardelle pasta with slow cooked beef shin ragu and scrumptious pistachio cream gnocchi, to be savoured with a glass of prosecco. More than 30 different kinds of filled and plain pasta can also be found at its second chilled stand in Three Crown Square, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free gnocchi. Buon appetito!
