Meaning ‘street market’ in Hebrew, Shuk; was born of founders Richard Littman and Mark Jankel’s desire to share the dishes of their childhoods.
Their street food stand serves pitas stuffed with the likes of lamb sofrito and pickled red cabbage or fish tagine with amba tahini alongside boldly flavoured salads, using ingredients carefully sourced from across the Middle East.
