Taste of Joy brings artisan eclairs to Borough Market. After previously working as head pastry chef for the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Zuma and ROKA, Jonathan Georgery met Bianka Ozsvath and, inspired by their mutual adoration of eclairs, the pair set up their business. With new flavours every week, the stall offers classic eclairs, mini puffs, eclair sandwiches and even vegan and savoury options.
