Supplied by The Parma Ham and Mozzarella Stand, The Black Pig serves up platters or cones of some of the finest Italian cured meats, served with Bread Ahead focaccia and giardiniera pickles—a traditional Italian antipasto. The stall’s signature dish is a muffuletta sandwich—a hefty sandwich that originated among the Italian immigrant population of New Orleans and comes packed full of salami, mortadella, cotto, scamorza cheese and a host of pickles and condiments.
