The London Honey Co.

Founded by Steve Benbow, The London Honey Company began with a hive on the roof of his London home, a short walk from Borough Market. He and his team now traverse the British countryside installing their bee colonies on farmland close to the best seasonal nectar sources, everywhere from the Shropshire Hills to the Kent coast.

Their ‘slow beekeeping’ approach, accredited by Slow Food UK, requires them to transport and handle their bees with great care and work only with low-impact farmers whose methods encourage biodiversity. As a result, their products – including pure honey, honeycomb, pollen, creamed honey and pure honey infused with natural flavourings – offer a true reflection of the land and seasons.
