Delicious smoothies made using 100 per cent fresh fruit – no concentrates, dairy products, ice or sorbets. Each cup contains around 300g of pure fruit, the equivalent of seven or eight individual pieces. Owner Liz Guru uses extremely ripe fruit for maximum possible flavour.
