Urvesh Parvais and his mother Lalita work to recipes that have been passed down over many generations in Gujarat, India. They use only fresh ingredients and whole spices to create superior quality cooking sauces, chutneys and chai spices, imbued with the genuine taste of traditional home cooking.

Lalita knows the recipes off by heart, and has an intuitive understanding of her region’s complex toolbox of flavours. Their flair and passion for the food of their forbears comes alive in the range of Gujarati street fare and curries served at the stall.
