Pieminister was founded in 2003 by brothers-in-law Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg. To this day, the company continues to put great taste and quality at the heart of every pie it bakes. The pies are made using 100 per cent free range British meat and eggs, MSC-certified fish and fresh vegetables, with all ingredients sourced as locally as possible.
Alongside meaty pies such as ‘moo and blue’ steak and stilton, and ‘freeranger’ chicken and ham, there’s also a fabulous selection of vegetarian pies. Eat it hot at the Market with delicious mash and gravy, or choose something from the extensive cold pie offering to take away and enjoy at home.
