Pieminister was founded in 2003 by brothers-in-law Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg. To this day, the company continues to put great taste and quality at the heart of every pie it bakes. The pies are made using free range meat and eggs, MSC-certified fish and fresh vegetables, with all ingredients sourced as locally as possible.
Alongside meaty pies such as ‘moo and blue’ steak and stilton pie and ‘freeranger’ chicken and ham pie, there’s also a fabulous selection of vegetarian pies such as the goat’s cheese Heidi pie. Eat them hot at the Market with delicious mash and gravy, or take away to enjoy at home.
