About Mark Riddaway
Mark is a writer, editor, publisher and food historian who has worked closely with Borough Market since 2010.
He has launched, edited and written for a host of highly regarded publications, including the award-winning Market Life magazine.
He contributed to the two Borough Market cookbooks and wrote the food history book Borough Market: Edible Histories, which was shortlisted for the 2021 Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards and named one of the Times books of the year.
