A TASTE OF BOROUGH MARKET, WITH CELIA BROOKS
Join passionate food expert, TV chef and author Celia Brooks for an educational and entertaining tour of Borough Market.
Celia founded the first tasting tour of Borough Market over 20 years ago, and her experience and knowledge is vast. You’ll start your tour with a meet and greet over drinks and nibbles, before launching into the Market for generous tastings of food and wine. Celia will illuminate the Market’s fascinating history, introduce you to the traders, and highlight some of the dazzling array of produce available, explaining where it comes from and how it’s made – including the finest meats, seafood, cheeses and delectable sweet treats, to name just a few. All diets can be catered for where possible.
