HOT SOUP AND FRESH BREAD, MADE AND SOLD BY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Join us on Thursday 3rd February for a very special lunch option: hot soup, made from surplus produce, mopped up with fresh bread, all of it created and sold by secondary school students as part of the School Food Matters programme. The students, in teams of six from four London schools, attended soup and breadmaking masterclasses at the Market before returning to their schools to refine their recipes and plot their sales strategies. They’ll be with us from 12 – 2pm selling their wares. All money raised will go to The Felix Project to help feed families in need.
