Wednesday 20 May 2026 saw Borough Market host its inaugural Evening of Seafood – a one-night-only celebration of all things… seafood!

With small plates, exceptional drinks pairings, live demonstrations from our expert fishmongers, and even a sea shanty choir, the evening had everything we seafood-loving land-dwellers could wish for.
