Borough Market turned up the heat on Thursday 10 September 2026 for Flame & Smoke – a one-night-only celebration of cooking over fire.

With flames, smoke, sizzling small plates, exceptional drinks, live expert demonstrations, and plenty of food to discover, the evening brought together some of the Market’s traders and chefs for a celebration of the age-old art of cooking with fire.
