3BIS bring high quality gelato to Borough Market. The texture of gelato is hugely important to its success, so the team searched long and hard for the perfect British cows’ milk, with just the right fat content, to create classic Italian-style ice cream. Other ingredients are equally carefully sourced, with an emphasis on the wealth of flavours available within the Market. Fresh batches of gelato are made daily in full public view, using traditional equipment including an authentic machine from the 1950s.
Gelateria 3BIS will reopen for full service Wednesday 2nd December.
