Street food, Borough Market Kitchen

Founded by Richard Littman and Mark Jankel, Shuk serves Tel Aviv-style stuffed pitas. Think lamb sofrito and pickled red cabbage; beef brisket and white cabbage kimchee; fish tagine and amba tahini; or egg, aubergine, dried tomato, confit potato, pickled cucumber and amba tahini. Pitas come with the optional addition of chilli yoghurt, mint and coriander, alongside a selection of bold salads.

Shuk is back open in Borough Market Kitchen trading Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 11am–4.30pm (until 5pm on Thursdays).

'Erev' by Shuk is now accepting bookings for outdoor, socially distanced dining in the Market (Friday–Saturday evenings), serving small sharing plates and a selection of hummus dishes. Click here to make your bookings.

Erev will also host one-off chef collaboration menus for eight weeks.
