Founded by Richard Littman and Mark Jankel, Shuk serves Tel Aviv-style stuffed pitas. Think lamb sofrito and pickled red cabbage; beef brisket and white cabbage kimchee; fish tagine and amba tahini; or egg, aubergine, dried tomato, confit potato, pickled cucumber and amba tahini. Pitas come with the optional addition of chilli yoghurt, mint and coriander, alongside a selection of bold salads.
