A whistle stop tour of traditional Christmas fare from around the world
Much like Father Christmas himself, this festive season Borough Market is taking a tour round the world. Each week in the run up to the big day, a different demo chef will be taking the reins in our Global Christmas Residency. On Thursday 12th December we’ll be joined by cook, author and Borough Market tour guide Celia Brooks for a North American spin on traditional Christmas dishes, while our final demo in the series on Thursday 19th December sees chef and Slow Food ambassador Paula McIntyre take on the festive fare of Northern Ireland.
