THE CHEESE IS MATURED IN THE 19TH CENTURY FORT SAINT ANTOINE
Borough Cheese Company specialises in spectacular wheels of comté cheese made in the Doubs and Jura areas of the Franche-Comté region of eastern France. The cheese is matured in the 19th century Fort Saint Antoine owned by Marcel Petite, one of the most respected affineurs of comté in France.
