Bill Oglethorpe has been serving up toasties and raclette at Borough Market since 2000, made with organic, raw cow’s milk cheeses. Now, praise be, he’s set up a stall dedicated to his own Bermondsey-made cheeses: Bermondsey Hard Pressed, Oglethorpe, Bermondsey Frier (a halloumi-like cheese previously only available at Neal’s Yard Dairy) and ricotta, along with a range of dairy products including natural set yoghurt and labneh.
Kappacasein has temporarily suspended its hot food offering and will be selling produce only from both its Stoney Street and Three Crown Square sites. You can also order cheese via Borough Market Online.
Kappacasein will be selling 'lockdown toasties' Friday 10th April, 12-3pm. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 07873484930 to place your order. Deivery is free within one mile of the Market or to collect from 1 Stoney Street.
