Dawn Smith has taken her love for Jamaican food and, using traditional methods and fine fresh ingredients, created a select range of sauces, seasonings and jellies, tapping into recipes that have been used for generations. The range includes sweet red pepper jelly, jerk seasoning and pepper sauce, bringing the essence of home-cooked Caribbean cuisine to life through the use of the essential scotch bonnet chilli and pimento berries. Pimento Hill also sells a selection of British foraged seaweed and Irish carrageen (sea moss), as well as Cornish salt mixes.
