The former owner and head chef of Romy’s Kitchen, she was honoured with an MBE in 2016. She has appeared on countless TV and radio programmes and written for leading international publications.
Her three acclaimed cookbooks – Zaika, On the Himalayan Trail, and India: Recipes from Home – showcase her storytelling and culinary expertise. Romy is also a passionate philanthropist, having raised over £200,000 via her culinary endeavours.
