Borough Wines began its journey at Borough Market back in 2002 with its straight-from-the-barrel, wine on tap concept – a wine refill system that’s great for environment and customer alike. Offering interesting wines with real provenance, Borough Wines champions small, independent winemakers – many of which are certified organic and vegan – with ‘natural’ and biodynamic wines featuring heavily on their shelves.
