Working on a small scale, Hayleigh’s truffles, chocolate sculptures and beautifully crafted chocolate boxes are made with Ghanaian chocolate sourced from farms that are part of the Cocoa Horizon Project – an initiative which gives back to communities by providing education and training for farmers and their children.
