Evening of Seafood

Wednesday 20 May 2026

A brand-new showcase of seafood at its best

For one night only, we’re opening after-hours for a specially curated celebration of seafood – bringing together exclusive dishes and live experiences not typically found on a normal Market day.

This is a chance to experience Borough Market in a different way: with a curated offering meaning more opportunities to hear directly from our expert traders, and a chance to explore the stories, skills and sourcing behind the food.

With fresh line-caught fish, seasonal British shellfish, beautiful tinned delicacies, and traditionally-smoked specialities, Borough Market’s inaugural Evening of Seafood showcases seafood in all its forms – from the simplest, served raw, to thoughtfully-crafted small plates and inventive one-off dishes.

Tickets

Tickets will be required for entry and will be priced at £7 plus booking fee. You’ll also receive a complementary event tote and the Borough Market Guide to Seafood.

  • Any remaining tickets will go on general sale via this page at midday on Friday 24 April

What to expect

Explore a wide range of dishes and small plates created by our seafood traders. Discover something new, talk to the experts, and go deeper into sourcing, seasonality, and technique.

  • Exclusive dishes and guest products from your favourite traders (see below)
  • Some of the Market’s renowned restaurants operating on the Market floor for the first time
  • Live on-stage showcases, including masterclasses, demos and Q&As with our expert fishmongers
  • Live music

All dishes, produce, and drink on the night will be available to purchase, with a range of small plates and tasters designed to suit different budgets.
