THE SCALLOPS DARREN COLLECTS BY HAND HAVE FOUND THEIR WAY INTO SOME OF THE BEST KITCHENS IN THE COUNTRY
Darren Brown started experimenting with a bit of scallop diving to earn some extra cash while he was in the Royal Navy, and it was his love of this hobby that eventually led to the birth of Shellseekers. Found off the Devon coast, the scallops he and his team collect by hand are highly prized and have made their way into some of the best kitchens in the country. The stall also sells other sustainably caught fish, shellfish, crustaceans and an impressive selection of game, much of it shot by Darren himself.
