Carefully sourced Spanish food and drink
Since Monika Linton first set out to introduce Spanish ingredients to the UK in 1988, Brindisa has grown into one of the country’s best-known importers of high-quality, carefully sourced Spanish food. Its products range from the world-famous Ibérico bellota ham and manchego cheese, to lesser-known delicacies such as morcilla and mojama. Brindisa has become a destination for lovers of all things Iberian. At lunch time, the hot chorizo and rocket roll, served outside the shop, is a treat not to be missed.
