There, every effort is made to increase biodiversity, soil health and carbon sequestration and support the survival of rare heritage fruit varieties. The 13 Acre Orchard stand at Borough Market sells seasonal produce brought directly from the orchard, together with high-quality fruit and vegetables sourced from a network of trusted British growers who share the same commitment to regenerative farming methods.
