More than 30 types are available, including fresh macaroni and tagliatelle – ready to be cooked up in minutes and served with sauce at home – as well as fresh gnocchi and stuffed seasonal pasta (think black truffle and burrata tortelloni or spinach and ricotta ravioli). Pick up one of their freshly made sauces alongside and you’ve a delicious meal in minutes – or if cooking at home isn’t an option, head over to La Tua’s stand in the Borough Market Kitchen, where you’ll find hot dishes served with fresh sauces, made with produce from fellow Market traders.
