Italian pasta made with all British ingredients

Giovanni Carleschi found his pasta-making feet in 2008, after leaving a successful career in sales. He was soon joined by partner Natalia Gruzina, who also escaped corporate life to join Giovanni on a mission to bring top tasting pasta to the London masses. They’re dedicated to doing things the Italian way, but with all-British flour and a focus on ethicality, sustainability and quality: that means organically grown heritage grains, compostable packaging, stone ground flour and handmade pasta, made in small batches in their east London kitchen.
