Sustainably produced by beekeepers who know and love their bees, the raw English and Italian honeys found at From Field and Flower are a world away from their bland commercial counterparts. The honey is filtered slowly rather than heat-treated, meaning the naturally-occurring bacteria—and flavours—are kept alive.
Flour and rice are equally carefully sourced, imported from two families in Piedmont, Italy. Products include spelt, chickpea, polenta and 00 flours, superfine arborio and carnoroli risotto rice, the striking medium-grained black venus and red ermse rice, as well as a range of honey cremes—a blend of acacia honey and fruit.
