Borough Market

Nothing at Borough Market stays the same for long. Because of the way our produce traders grow or source their food, their stalls are constantly being reshaped by the natural rhythms of harvesting, fishing, breeding and hunting. Through the winter months, we’ll be enjoying brassicas and white roots, apples and citrus fruits, slow-cooking meat joints and hard cheeses. We’ll also be stocking up for a run of celebrations, from Christmas Eve fish to slow-reared turkeys, to the bright Asian flavours of Lunar New Year.
