In a bid to import only the finest quality produce from Italy, Marco has forged strong relationships with a host of small artisan producers of pulses, sauces, jams, mustards and vinegars, as well as seriously good charcuterie and cheeses from all over Italy: from the northern region of Piedmont, all the way down to Sicily.
