SET UP IN 1995, WYNDHAM HOUSE POULTRY JOINED BOROUGH AS ONE OF ITS FOUNDING TRADERS
Set up in 1995 by Lee and Lin Mullet, Wyndham House Poultry joined Borough Market as one of its founding traders back in February 2000. Their offering has since grown significantly, expanding from fresh free-range poultry sourced from small, independent producers to include chicken wraps and rotisserie, made using fresh produce from fellow Market traders.
During the appropriate seasons, Wyndham House also sells turkey, three-bird roasts, haggis, goose eggs and game.
